My sister attends school here. I’ve always been impressed with the level of thought and organization that the administration has taken to run the school. Many of the teachers strictly speak sign language, which is pretty cool. There are many extracurricular activities available and the students are very involved with different competitions.
Atlanta Area school for the Deaf combines the expertise of educators of the deaf with technology used to facilitate language and reading experience using ASL and English print. The school encourages Deaf pride within the students and allows them grow into contributing members of society.
