Please DON’T waste any of your money or time on this school. Im on week 7 going on to week 8 (OF A 9 WEEK COURSE) & I still feel like this school isn’t helping me pursue my career & I haven’t learned or gained any knowledge since they have some poorly, broken materials. We were even supposed to be training for CPR to be certified but the instructor that was supposed to be teaching us CPR didn’t show up this week after even getting an email from the campus manager, that barely reaches out to us, telling us that we were supposed to be doing CPR training that same Saturday. We were even supposed to be given & promised to be given a at home kit which is mentioned on their website to practice & time ourselves for alginate impressions to prepare ourselves for the real life dental experience but didn’t receive anything and on top of that, you won’t be certified for doing x-rays & they also expect us to go look for an externship when they could’ve easily helped us out to look for one. If only I should’ve known sooner, I could’ve literally YouTubed all of the information I needed to know to be a dental assistant & taught myself all of the material & dental knowledge without having to waste ALL 4,000 dollars for literally NOTHING. This has been the worst & the most stressful experience for me.
Choosing this school was the best decision i have made! It is accelerated but if you focus and study and are present for the classes you will gain enough knowledge to find a career in the dental field. I graduated in Nov. 2020 and have been successful in finding a job in a location that I love! Thank you!!
