Having experience directly with a number of nearby districts (AISD, DSISD, Hays CISD), I can say Austin Achieve Public Schools is by far on a different level in terms of the higher level of student support and academic rigor they provide to their students. Children who have previously slipped through the cracks in other districts have flourished academically as well as emotionally, as well as gifted students reaching new heights, with their whole child approach making all the difference. I highly recommend Austin Achieve to any parent looking for a school that will comprehensively prepare their child for the top universities in the US.
I attended a football game last weekend where this team participated. I was shocked at the disrespect, language and behavior of the players and the coach. One of the players even attacked one of ours because he was embarrassed at getting blocked out. Absolutely amazed that they would behave the way they did and with the coach’s support. As a parent, I am so glad we don’t play them again.
