I dropped the course April 21 2023. It’s June 3rd and no refund. When I spoke to someone at Zollege in Cedar Park( they run this dental school) they stated they have until June 19th 2023 to give me a refund. I do not understand why they have my money as pending for so long. The contract states, if you sign the withdrawal form, submit it and return the dental kit, that I should receive the refund before the 90 days. However thats a lie. I turned everything in within 2 days. I’m not the 1st person this has happen to. Also if you look on indeed, employees are complaining about how Zollege is not being ran accordingly and have several students calling in and complaining with no management to assist. from students not being able to contact their teacher to refunds not being given back. Also my bank cannot do anything because Zollege has my money pending, showing as they are already sending the refund(for over a month.) I would stay away. Go through Austin community college, they have more steps to get accepted for the program but two things are guaranteed, you will have an actual teacher who cares & you also have financial aid available and if you don’t qualify the program is a little ove $2,000 and they will not hold on to your money like Zollege.

Loved this program! It’s a good way to get started in the dental field. Not only do you learn from the class itself but, also learn so much more when you do an externship!

The material we learned online was so helpful when we had in person class. Instructors facilitated everything and made sure you were caught up with your work!
