Autry Technical Center is a great place to go to school. I have had several friends and family who have gone to school here, and I have been in the building several times. The Halls are white and spacious and the classrooms are large and comfortable. They take a wide variety of disciplines here, from skilled craft like carpentry to Hi-Tech classes working with the latest in computers. There is nursing and many other fields of study. If you’re looking for an alternative to a regular high school, or if you want to go back and learn a skill or a trade, this is a great place to go.
Today a student got kicked out on their last day of school and is not allowed to come back in the fall to complete their program. This person got kicked out for something that they did not do and they even have witnesses but the instructor still blamed the innocent individual. I don’t know why they aren’t checking the cameras to see that this person was Not in the wrong. There are truly ‘endless possibilities’ at Autry, but unfortunately one of those is getting kicked out for something you didn’t do.
