Baystate Academy is a great place to go if your new to real estate or just continuing your education. Liz does an amazing job going over all the information keeping us interested especially since the salesperson course I took was on a computer for 8 hours. Sharing her and her husbands experiences and really takes the time to answer each and everyone of our questions. I’m still nervous to the take exam as I get horrible test anxiety but I can definitely state that they have provided me with more than everything I need to take the exam and would recommend this school to anyone looking to get into this profession.
I took the MA Real Estate salesperson course with Bay State Academy in August 2020 via webinar (due to Covid-19). The course was two weekends long. Class was small. Before course started I received my books that were reviewed in class. I also received 60 pratice exams with 6,500+ questions that explained the correct answer. These test were similar to the questions on the exam. Liz was professional and knowledgeable. I took the test 5 weeks after test and was able to pass on my first try!
