We left FCAC hoping to find a great college, down to Earth, family oriented and most importantly to us: Christian. I have to say Bayside Christian College has delivered beyond our expectations. The teachers are amazing, understanding, fair and supportive. The Principal Brian is a godly man who is part of the community and works very hard with the parents and teachers to keep the school fantastic! I have only positive words to say about Bayside Christian College. My children are no longer anxious and sad about going to school. They love their teacher and their whole school experience. Thank God we found Bayside! Keep up the awesome work guys

Bayside Christian College in Hervey Bay is our families choice of school in Hervey Bay. We are so appreciative to be involved with this school and happy that this is where our son will complete his schooling. The principal, teachers and ground staff are absolutely fantastic. The students are greeted each morning by senior staff including the principal with a smile and the general feel and atmosphere of the school is one of inclusion and respect. Our son loves school and he looks forward to attending and he never wants to have any days off ever which gives us as parents great confidence. The communication between the teachers and parents is amazing – couldn’t be happier there. Bayside is an excellent school that embraces excellent values and standards which are conducive to a positive learning environment. 10 out of 10 and we wouldn’t want our son to be at any other school.

Bayside Christian College in Hervey Bay has proven to be an extraordinary haven for our two daughters, who have just completed their first academic year at the school.

Bayside Christian College have provided a terrific source of support, encouragement, social interaction and quality education for both of our children, aged 8 & 11.

Our kids have been with Bayside 4 years now and have absolutely thrived under the guidance, leadership and tuition provided by the school.

Where the school shines however, is through their willingness to support the individual student, as well as their family.

Especially for our son who has an extremely rare genetic epilepsy (1 of 17 in the world).
Nothing has been too much trouble for them.

Every day, their staff go above & beyond for him, to ensure he is safe, well managed and is receiving his best possible schooling life & being treated, like any other student. Inclusion for Jack is so important and he feels, normal – like any other kid which is so great for his self esteem & confidence.

Bayside provide such a nurturing and positive schooling environment, that both our kids have finished 2023, busting to return for 2024!

If that wasn’t enough, our Principal, the amazing Mr Grimes, took it a step further and sought out private Epilepsy training for 6 of his staff, to ensure that Jack was as safe as possible, while in their care.

The teachers & support staff involved, have been trained how to recognise different seizures types, how to administer his rescue medication & have more confidence in how to assist Jack should anything happen.

Which in turn, gives us additional comfort and reassurance that he is well cared for, whilst at school. That kind of peace of mind is priceless.

We have nothing but praise for our school and are proud to be a part of the Bayside Christian College Community.

I have been impressed by the very noticeable change in direction that Bayside Christian College has taken in the last two years. There are unique subject choices and higher learning options for motivated students. The school has shown support and inclusivity in a multitude of areas. Our family has felt truly supported by teachers, administration and all staff. We have been heard and cared for in a way that is the embodiment of an inclusive and cohesive place of learning.
