Miss Rawan is really one of the best teachers in this school; however, the school is on a downtrend and losing its charm.
Kindergarten has been a great experience, with enjoyable teachers and excellent communication. However, the elementary administration and staff have been consistently rude at every interaction. From insignificant exchanges to genuine concerns, they handle every question or statement negatively. Even simple inquiries, like confirming drop-off procedures, are met with hostility. Requesting a teacher’s email address becomes an ordeal. Regardless of the situation, they seem to resent fulfilling their basic responsibilities. I’ve encountered at least four or five such instances since the school year began.

Furthermore, communication with elementary teachers is poor. They rarely respond to emails or messages on the school app, making it challenging to address my child’s needs, communicate absences, or inquire about missed work. Meeting with them after class, even for minor issues, is often the only option, and even then, teachers are sometimes unavailable after school.

This lack of communication is not an issue in kindergarten, where responses are prompt, communication is excellent, and interactions are always pleasant. However, the elementary administration and staff’s negative attitudes suggest a deep-seated dissatisfaction with their jobs.

While I typically overlook administrative issues and communication problems, the situation has become so frustrating that I’ve considered withdrawing my children from the school. My only hesitation is disrupting their education. It’s disheartening that basic involvement and communication about my child’s schooling have become such an ordeal.

I have been in this school since KG1, and I am now in the third grade. I love my school very much, and I miss it during the long vacations. We learn well with wonderful teachers, and we play and have a lot of activities to do. We are training now to celebrate the UAE National Day. I invite you all to attend and see my wonderful dance in a beautiful costume. See you soon!

School is good, not bad, but I am giving it a 1-star review because of a disrespectful staff member. The supervisor of the girls’ section, Ms. Eman, is the worst ever; she is racist towards students. Many students have decided to leave because of her. I suggest firing her at this point, as she is very disrespectful and harasses students.
I think the school’s rating doesn’t reflect its actual quality. The school is truly amazing! I have two children in grades 1 and 2. I’ve seen significant improvement in their English, math, and Arabic skills. This is their first year, and I am very satisfied with their progress.

The elementary teachers are native speakers and amazing educators! Honestly, they excel not only on an educational level but also on a human level; the children are very happy.

It’s worth mentioning some names; they are amazing and supportive people:
Ms. Suzan, the marketing manager,
Ms. Mai, who works at the administration front desk,
and Ms. Chairmane, the amazing homeroom teacher. She is truly one of the most professional and impressive teachers.

I highly recommend this school.

Situated in a very peaceful area near a green garden. Ample parking space. Professional staff.
I am a student at this school, and the classrooms are always a mess. Students here have little to no discipline, but the quality of education is decent, and the teachers are nice.
