BLS course for healthcare providers was okay. Instructor tries really really hard to be funny, but he’s not funny so his jokes come across as awkward. He also gives unclear instructions, then yells “C’mon people, move it move it!! Let’s go!” and then laughs about it. Seems to think it’s funny to be unclear and then scold us for not doing what he was unclear about. At the end though, you learn the basics and take the test, pass & get your card. Served the purpose for what I needed, though next time I’ll probably take the class elsewhere.
MOST HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE WITH KILLEEN EMT… From the moment they showed up to my home till the moment they dropped me off at the hospital. So much judgement and lack of care.. I felt unsafe and couldn’t believe the way they were speaking to me.. I have NEVER experienced such lack of care from (medical professionals) in my life… My family and I will NEVER call these people again…??
Took my BLS course with Jon. Great instructor gave clear information for you to take notes with. Looking forward to taking the EMT course with them in the near future.
