I encountered an unprofessional, rude, and aggressive attitude from one of the staff members, Ahmad Radi. It was a terrible experience.
The only experience I have is through a call to ask for basic information. They told me they would tell me details and book my visit once I sent them two videos of my child: 1) “one where she is playing to check she has no physical disability” 2) “one where she is talking to anyone to see if she is able to communicate.” Once I sent the videos, they would assess them, and, if approved, they would call me to book a visit.

It sounded so demeaning! I mean, Alhamdulillah, my daughter is not physically disabled, and she is communicating well for her age, but what even! I am so upset after the call. What are they selecting, cattle? Are they enrolling children in nursery school or what?
