I definitely love this school. I’ve been with them for four years and I plan to continue. The teachers are very proactive; they help the students with their learning challenges and are very patient with the parents. I have no complaints about the administrative area. They are excellent people and professionals. The teaching method allows students to learn and develop their knowledge without feeling intimidated. They work a lot on values and respect for others.

This school has very good initiatives; it’s just missing some organization and a governing body that doesn’t aim to threaten or scare students. I believe it can be a good school for students starting FS and primary school. However, I believe secondary school does not meet my expectations because some teachers simply read instead of focusing on student learning and knowledge. Additionally, I find the bag checks unnecessary, as it is up to each student to decide what they bring to school. This school also doesn’t take detentions and suspensions seriously, often issuing them for minor issues that could be resolved through conversations with students and their parents. A lot of change is needed. Thank you.

The school itself does not meet expected standards. I am not implying this without substantiating evidence or reasons; it simply does not align with expectations. First, the institution exhibits numerous flaws. For instance, it fails to consistently uphold its rules and standards, resulting in students often evading accountability. Moreover, the school disproportionately emphasizes football and basketball in its physical education curriculum, neglecting a well-rounded approach. Additionally, the school grapples with understaffing issues, necessitating class mergers due to teacher shortages.

Regrettably, incidents of corporal punishment by teachers are not uncommon, and the enforcement of punctuality is rigid, irrespective of circumstances. Some faculty members demonstrate biases or egotistical tendencies, magnifying minor infractions and administering disproportionate consequences. While the school professes to discipline rule violators, enforcement is inconsistent, with certain students escaping repercussions due to personal connections with the administration.

Despite the presence of some commendable individuals within the school community, the overall conduct of staff and teachers fails to meet expectations. Their primary concern appears to be maintaining academic performance metrics, often leading to punitive measures for students with lower grades to safeguard the institution’s reputation. Furthermore, classes are characterized by monotony, primarily revolving around computer-based activities, while student engagement is lacking.

Disturbingly, instances of misconduct, such as bullying, persist despite awareness of their moral and ethical implications. Prospective enrollees should carefully consider these factors before committing themselves or their children to this institution. The high turnover rate among teachers after a single term underscores the severity of the issues overlooked by the administration. While not all students contribute to these concerns, their prevalence highlights systemic shortcomings that demand attention and resolution.

Mr. Sean is the best! I think he is a great teacher, and I highly recommend him because he really helped me with all my issues. Any student who has Mr. Sean as a teacher should be grateful because he is amazing. That’s why I give him five stars!

This school is okay, but they did have a teacher shortage this year. There is one teacher in particular, Ms. Nour, who was very controlling and unkind to her students compared to other teachers. She was unable to teach effectively, often resorting to having students read directly from the PowerPoint. When students asked questions, she would simply tell them to “Google it.” Ms. Nour’s teaching style discouraged many students from engaging with the subject matter. Additionally, she appeared indifferent to her students’ well-being and exhibited unprofessional behavior. I recommend avoiding her classes if possible.

Genuinely the worst school ever, and Mr. Sean is the worst teacher you could ever have. He makes you hate the school and everyone in it, even making you hate the class you once loved most. He bullies half of his students. The students in this school are horrible; they vape, bully, date, and engage in so many other inappropriate behaviors. It’s the worst school ever. If your parents want to put you in this school, and you’re excited and reading the reviews, I’m telling you now to literally beg them not to make you come to this school. You’ll literally despise your life. Belvedere is a pathetic place to be.

Good school with great teachers. My child is in FS2 and the teachers have really put in personal effort in teaching the children. Since day one, my child has loved going to this school. Even during holidays, she wishes to go to school. One star less for the infrastructure; it is good but could be better. Not a problem, though.
