My son has attended Bend Immersion Preschool since the end of March and we are thrilled with the care and instruction he is receiving there. The curriculum looks like tons of fun and we get cute art projects sent home all the time.
The great thing about this school is that in addition to being exposed to the curriculum (Mother Goose), which includes songs, rhymes, art, play, and all sorts of cool projects, my son also gets to learn sign language all day long. At three years old he already knows over 30 signs! We also love the staff that takes such good care of the kids through the day. My son naps well, eats well, and plays well there. We get to see lots of photos of the kids at school (on the school’s Facebook page) and I can see that he’s having a good time with all of his caregivers. If you’re looking for a great pre-school for your kid this is definitely the place!
We are so grateful for Tracy and her amazing team at BIP! Our son started here a few days after his first birthday, which was our first experience with any caretaker outside of immediate family. I always have the peace of mind that he is safe and well taken care of at BIP. They use an app, Procare, which allows parents to stay in the loop with notifications on mealtimes, diaper changes, photo updates of activities, and direct messaging with the staff. We truly appreciate each caretaker who has helped our son to learn and grow in a great environment that is conveniently located and equipped with lots of great toys, art supplies, and a fun outdoor area. I heard they have some openings for the summer if you are looking for childcare!
My son has been going to BIP since they opened their doors in March. We really like the idea of him being exposed to sign language in addition to having a well-balanced curriculum. It’s pretty amazing to have your 2.5 year old come home from school excited to teach you all the new signs he learned. However, what I appreciate the most is knowing that when I drop him off he’s being well taken care of and looking forward to playing with his teachers and friends!
