This school has potential, but unfortunately it seems they can’t capitalize in it. Today I was unloading my child, ill spare you the details of the ridiculous drop off routine, however one of the administrators directing traffic and the crosswalk started speaking to me with a fowl tone because I stopped for 10 secs apparently in the wrong lane. After trying to convey to the administrator that this seemed to be my only and or best option, considering his tone I rolled up my window, he came knocking and I told him to save his breathe, again expressing how this was my only option. Some how it escalated to him implying I should get out of my vehicle to settle this with a physical altercation….. absolutely ridiculous this person’s tone and demeanor, I will continue to push the issue hith his superiors. Go to a public school, like we will be doing soon.
My grandson is currently a six grader at Bennett Venture, the last 1 1/2 yrs have been anything but normal , these children have had to adapt to a new way of learning as well as staff with a new way of teaching, while my grandson has excelled with online learning I know there are students who have struggled,
Bennett Venture has the BEST online program with live classes in a day to day basis, as well as the ability to move back and forth between in person and virtual learning when students could not come to building. These teachers and staff should be commended for an amazing year during the most difficult of circumstances !
So honored to have been part of the virtual success Bennett Venture offered this school year.
