Principal doesn’t respond to complaints. If your child suffers from any form of learning difficulties, do not send them here.
Use to go here, it’s kinda good but there is a lot of bullying and the teachers don’t do anything but put them in time out or give a tap on the wrist and think that will fix everything. I made some good memories but not my little brother, he gets bullied and the teachers do nothing.
Staff are very impolite and snobby. Kids getting bullied and nothing gets done about it apart from silly unorthodox methods and ‘peaches and cream’ approach to wellbeing, which solves nothing.
What an amazing time I had here. Many fond memories of my childhood comes from my years at Berwick fields . I love telling stories to my young cousins who still go here. I Went here from 2008 to 2012 and loved the atmosphere and the drive and passion that all the teachers had. Cheers to all the teachers I’ve had over the years for being there for me.
I always think back and say “I miss the good old Berwick fields days” even though its been a couple of years.
Can I just point out that the cubby building area started with me and my friend who built small houses in the trees behind the wetlands but Mr Painter (former vice principle) caught us and he decided to set up a specific area for cubby building (I tell my cousins this story and they are amazed :). I spent almost every snack and lunch there from grade 3 to 4.
Some other great moments were during the first and second year of production back when it started in 2011. The first 2 mini fetes were also a blast.
It’s really good school. The teachers are amazing. But receptionist are always tired and not able to talk. Which is not good.
