1. The front desk intake person Ms Smith was not only courteous but very helpful in assisting me with what l actually wanted as l was a bit unsure how to word it. This made me feel like l have finally found a great place for my hair needs.
2. After scheduling my appointment, l was cheerfully greeted by my amazing stylist Ms Shatyra; who while only been in the school since March, made me feel like she was indeed already prepared for graduation.
3. While engaged in the process, just listening to the communication between the students, you know that they are not only learning their craft but all of them were professional and kind. Thank you so much Ms Nae & Mrs West for your addition politeness, it goes to show that everyone can make the experience great.
4. My appointment ended with suggestions of products followed by a Qool fist bump from my stylist Shatyra and a return appointment.
