Quality over quantity!! Dr. T is a perfectionist & she will not let you go until you perfect your craft . The environment is very professional yet comfortable & you can really be yourself . My class had 2 people in it which is great because I received the attention I really needed . When the state board test came around needless to say , the other student and myself were the MOST prepared out of everyone else taking the test, & we also received the top scores out of the group of people . Not to mention Dr. T helped me with a job placement matching what kind of work environment I personally wanted upon graduating & passing the state board . I will DEFIANTLY be returning to further my education in beauty . I am still waiting for my license to be sent through mail , and I am HIGHLY prepared, VERY confident, and overall READY to start working . Thank you Dr. Taliferro for blessing me with your knowledge and preparing me for the real world . You are appreciated more than you know maam .
I was looking for a nail school that my daughter could attend during her summer break from high school. I called and left a detailed message. The Director promptly responded to my call. We requested a tour of the Beyond Beauty Academy, we were very impressed with the establishment. We registered that same day! Very professional and clean atmosphere. I loved the fact that it is a private school. Smaller class sizes and the opportunity to request for remediation. The Director took great care with my daughter, she truly cares about her students. Wonderful school! So, much so we commuted from Va Beach to Hampton just to attend the Beyond Beauty Academy.

I have been in attendance with Beyond Beauty Academy llc since November of 2019. I have nothing but positive reviews about them, from the time I started till now. Which I will be finished with next month. Ive learned so much with this program. Dr. T is amazing at what she does! She makes sure you know what you are doing and why you are doing it. Whenever I didnt understand something, she made sure I had it down pack. Glad I made the decision to come here and start my career in cosmetology! If you are looking for a career in the beauty industry, I highly recommend coming here. You will not be disappointed.
