Some relevant thoughts on why we believe this is a great environment for our child.
– The staff maintain a very friendly and open relationship with parents and don’t hesitate to step in and offer assistance when they can.
– Cleanliness. Never have I walked into the building and thought that anything looked dirty or unsafe. Walking into classrooms in the morning and knowing they have been cleaned and sanitized daily is very reassuring.
– Teacher/student relationship. Our son may only be a toddler still, but knowing that he gets genuine excitement to see his teachers and other staff around the building alleviates much of the stress from leaving your child with others.
-Communication. During our time so far with the school, the communication has always been excellent. From a day to day standpoint, sharing with us how our son is doing and from a long term, letting us know about events and activities to be prepared for, or even closure days. Always feel like there is a clear and open line of communication to the school during the day with access to the procare app and seeing the various activities they complete. Mrs. Michelle has always gone out of her way to answer questions and be available to parents from day 1 of our time there.
Overall, we could not be happier that we chose Big Blue. Our son shows genuine excitement and clear positive outcomes from his being able to socialize with other children and that is fostered by his wonderful teachers, Mrs. Markee and Ms. J.
10/10 would recommend to any expecting parents that they visit Big Blue and at least meet Ms. Brittany in the infant room to see how well they are taken care of.
I have been very pleased with having my children here. The staff communicates and keeps me updated throughout the day on how theyre doing, if/when/what theyve eaten, when my babys diaper has been checked/changed, what activities my toddler has done for the day, etc.
I feel good when I drop them off and know that they are treated with love/respect and theyre safe.
If my child/children do not seem themselves, they let me know immediately.
I would recommend this daycare to anyone thats looking for a great place for their children. I have not had any problems or concerns.
I am updating my review because Michelle is very passionate and kind!! I am baffled at the amount of reviews Im seeing that states otherwise! I know it can be frustrating finding a daycare, as well as all the steps involved with the process however, I find these reviews to be inappropriate and misjudged.
I have had nothing but good experiences from this daycare; from the directors to all of the staff!! Theyve been nothing but loving to my kids.
And honestly germs are also a risk that a parent has to take when putting their child in any daycare. I see snotty kids sometimes too but thats not a lack of cleanliness of the daycare; thats parents taking their sick kids to daycare because they dont have a choice. Its easy to blame a daycare rather than taking the time to look outside the box at whats really happening.
