My older one used to go there a year ago, the management then was very bad and they had a huge staff shortage, we were contemplating on moving our daughter to another daycare. We had to move our daughter to some other school for personal reasons anyways. However sometime later, our friends told that new management has made so many changes and the day care is lot better. So we joined our younger one for a trial period and we don’t regret. We love our daughter’s care givers both Makisha and Lidya (I hope I am naming them right), both are wonderful.
My kids have been attending Big Blue Marble Academy for about a year and a half now. Shortly after we joined, they went through some major staffing issues and communication was less than poor! It was a struggle, and we considered leaving. However, after the most recent Facility Director was hired, we saw a BIG change! Communication is much better, and my kids LOVE their teachers. Overall, a much improved experience.
