I find it unfair this school as a whole is labeled so negativity, staff care about their pupils education & wellbeing.
They have a excellent safe guarding team who work extremely well with pupils, parents & families
I’ve personally found they do not just write kids off for challenging behaviour.
They listen & value their pupils opinions & point of views.
They do to the best of their ability to deal with any issues appropriately & effectively.
I take my hat off to these remarkable people who work in secondary school education because I seriously could not do this job.
I hope birches head academy start to be recognised for all the positive changes they’ve made and consistently continue to do so.
Birches Head Academy, is a good school, I haven’t met every member of staff, but the ones I’ve personally met with, are brilliant in doing their job to a high standard.
There are the ones who are exceptional, then there is the rare one who goes-
Above and Beyond.
All these people, all staff go out of their way every day to make sure each child receives the best care & education possible, insuring each pupil is safe & well.
Achieving rounded young people when they leave Y11, not just measuring by grades.
