I withdrew my daughter from this school at the end of 3rd grade and I wish I would’ve done it sooner. She was enrolled since Kindergarten and it seems each year they overstepping their boundaries as a school more and more. They are indoctrinating our children with their beliefs, with no regard to the parents’ wishes . In 3rd grade she began bringing home paperwork where she would have to recite her pronouns every morning. When I asked why they said because their staff identified differently so apparently a 3rd grader had to remember how they woke up feeling. She had a big rainbow pride flag hung in her classroom all year long. They want 3rd graders to consider LGBTQ for Valentines Day cards. They read books (Neither by Airlie Anderson) introducing gender dysphoria. I asked her teacher and principal for my daughter not to participate and they said that she would not be excluded because I signed the handbook so I had to abide by their views. It’s only gotten worse in the Middle School they are reading them the novel Pet by Akwaeke Emezi. Please consider their agenda before applying for this school and make sure your beliefs and views align with theirs, otherwise be prepared to have their leaderships views pushed on your children.
