We’ve now been with them for 2 years and my son absolutely loves it . I’m always amazed at how much he is Learning and how he loves to go to school in the mornings. Many nursery’s that we visited felt very transactional – asking me when I was going to pay a registration fee before I had even met them and it was instantly off putting. As a full time working mom I wanted to know the my child was receiving the same love and attention I would give him as the main priority. The convenient location doesn’t hurt either if you are a working parent that needs to take the tube – it allows me to fetch my child quicker after work and all those minutes add up! Highly recommend!
The building itself is great, it may not look like much from the outside, but the inside where the children are is very homely, warm and full of life- a key deciding factor for us when we chose Blooming Years- it feels like a home away from home. Which is important when they are so little.
They’re also in the process of redecorating and revamping all the areas, so it’s only going to be better.
I think the most important factor is my son is happy, thriving and loves his nursery carers and friends.
The nursery has a loving, calm and fun atmosphere and is a happy place to be. During the week-long settling in period, staff went to great lengths to find out about my son’s daytime routine and he sleeps and eats as well in the nursery as he does at home.
We receive excellent feedback every day, covering what food and how much our son has eaten, as well as sleep times and activities. Staff and management go to great lengths to make the days fun, with a huge range of activities, from painting, book time, music, dance, tennis and messy play.
I looked at several nurseries in Wimbledon and thought long and hard about childcare options. But I am glad I went with Blooming Years. I have one very contented son who adores the staff and it goes without saying that I would thoroughly recommend the nursery.
