Really difficult to describe what a horrible experience we have had with this absolute joke of a company. No actual on boarding process on board with information scattered across phone calls, pieces of paper, emails and conversations in person. Absolute lack of a sense of offering a great customer experience with stuff that seem to be putting their ego before your child’s well being. Upper management will not stand by your side and investigate further. As a result.my.child.has been starving, the tiger room team.has been inconsistent with updating us about activities and food and have been pointing us towards the office when we had questions. Similarly the office would point towards the staff. All in all I would strongly advise that you avoid like.the plague.
Really great nursery! My children have absolutely loved their time here! I’m really sad to be leaving the wonderful team and we will definitely be back for future visits!!
Nice team. Lacks flexibility. Are not able to swap or offer alternative days due to holidays like other local nurseries.
Montessori without the price tag. Superb staff. Hopefully they can maintain the high standards after being bought by Storal.
