Outstanding!!! An extremely grateful parent!
My daughter recently completed BNB’s 13 week SAT review class. She increased her score on the SAT from her 10th grade PSAT by 270 points! As a result of the work she did in her BNB review class she scored in the 99th percentile nationally on her SAT with a 1560! I cannot recommend the incredible staff at BNB highly enough for all of their great work. I researched many SAT prep classes prior to selecting BNB, and they are absolutely the best option for families in the Commack area. Many many thanks from an extremely appreciative parent!

As an addition to my earlier posted review, I would like to provide the following update. My daughter recently completed all of her college applications. We used BNB’s English tutoring staff to assist my daughter in crafting and editing all of her required supplemental essays as part of her selected colleges applications. The BNB staff did an amazing job in helping my daughter find her authentic voice for her essays. The University of Virginia certainly thought so- because she was just accepted to her dream school as an Echols Honor Scholar! She could NOT have fulfilled her dream without the assistance of the amazing staff at BNB. We will always be grateful to the talented personnel of BNB, particularly Mr. Kim and Ms Yi.

12/22/19 – As an update to my previous review, I wish to provide an additional update about the remarkable tutors at BNB academy. My youngest daughter, just completed the 13 week SAT review course with Mr. Kim. Thanks to the outstanding teaching at BNB, my youngest daughter also scored in the 99th percentile on the December 7th SAT, with an amazing score of 1590!. My daughter improved her 10th grade PSAT score by a whopping 440 points!! I don’t know yet where my youngest daughter will be going to college ( I will update later), but the simple fact is, she would not have been anywhere near as strong a prospective candidate for college admissions without the assistance of the amazing teachers at BNB Academy. I firmly believe that BNB is the absolute best value for families with modest financial resources and limited time to spare tutoring their kids. The incredible staff at BNB Academy will provide their children the best chance possible to maximize their scores on the SAT. I cannot express my gratitude to all of the wonderful people at BNB enough.

I highly recommend BNB Academy! I personally went to BNB to get help with writing my college essays and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I was really struggling with my personal essay because I had no direction prior to going to BNB. My instructor, Ms. Yi, guided me through the process of recreating a personal essay that represented who I was as a person. She helped me dig down deep into my memories to find a moment in my life that I felt impacted my life for the better. I appreciated how she devoted her time to every step of the process: brainstorming for ideas, revising, editing, and proofreading. After completing my personal essay, I was extremely proud of how much it portrayed how I’ve overcome my life struggles. When I gave my personal essay to my family and friends to read, they even said that it represented the person that I’ve grown to become. Additionally, it seems that the college admissions were impressed as well because I was accepted into all my prestigious universities that I applied to! I recognized that I wouldn’t have been able to do it without the assistance of BNB Academy and I truly appreciate their everlasting support!

Greatest place to learn on Long Island. Enthusiastic teachers who are effective and efficient to get you the results you want and need. My experience here has been extremely fun, meeting new friends, and super helpful. Mathematics lessons are the best I’ve seen (And trust me I’ve experienced other ones) in addition to SAT/ACT tutoring and SATII Subject Tests. If you are struggling academically or just want to get better, BNB Academy is where you need to go.
