Worst people on earth to deal with, I absolutely can’t stand Nick and I wish he would resign already. He’s NOT built for the job and refuses to take accountability for their mistakes again and again, then blame the child. I’m sick of NICK and I’m sure the rest of Boardman community is getting fed up with the UNRELIABLE school transportation being provided. An absolute disappointment of a department. Boardman schools in general absolutely suck and are a disgrace to the Ohio public education department. They need audited from an outside unbiased team and I’ll bet ANY amount of money they’ll find discrepancies and many other issues.
If I could give this place a ZERO!!!! I would.. short staffed, buses late, buses earlier all year! I’ve taken my son to school about 50% of the year. Then calling the transportation and speaking to Kathy.. absolutely the worst customer service. Everyone at this location needs to be let go! Someone with a lot more process elimination experience needs to be involved. I truly hope they get it together, there are too many parents that can agree with this… 0/10 with Boardman Transportation
