This school gave up on my son after 90 minutes. This was the first time I ever trusted any one with my child. The first time my son has ever been away from myself or my husband. Within the first 45 minutes they misplaced his pull ups. I get a call stating I didn’t pack them. After they assured me it was handled I was already worried. Maybe 45 minutes later I get a call from the director stating my son had hit two kids and tried to hit the teacher. Was that ok? Absolutely not. I was told he needed more one on one and that they didn’t have the staff for that. I left work and rushed to pick him up as they couldn’t care for him. Once arriving I’m sent to his class room to retrieve him. He’s not in there but his teacher hands me his belongings and a bag of his pull ups. She apologized she misplaced them. Once I see my son he’s calm and doesn’t understand why he has to leave. The director Ms Vanessa explained this school isn’t the right fit for him and proceeds to tell me my two year old might benefit from seeing a behavioral doctor for a behavioral test since this is not correct behavior for a two year old. Yes two year olds are not suppose to have tantrums. No two years old hit other children. As I try to hold in my tears because I’ve been put in my head that I’ve possibly have failed my son I am escorted out the door like a criminal. This was the first day the school was open. I can understand the jitters but come on. Once I get home I sit with my son I ask my son why he did what he did. Well he pulled his shorts off and said “I’m not a princess!” Idk what happen in the 90 minutes that he was there. I don’t know why my son acted the way he did. But what I do know is this school was definitely disorganized and really overwhelmed. I hope and pray no other child ever goes through what my two year old experienced. Attached a picture for why my son said he wasn’t a princess. I’d be pretty upset too.
My daughter has been coming here for about a year now. We were apprehensive initially because we had less than stellar experiences prior with other facilities. We were so impressed right away with how friendly all the staff was as well as how professional organized Vanessa is. Every single anxiety we had before was eased and we saw a notable difference in our daughter as well. She has built lasting and meaningful relationships with the staff, and has really grown into the strong, independent, smart little girl we know her as today with the help of everyone in that building. I can’t recommend this preschool highly enough. It’s so difficult to trust strangers with your precious children, but there’s nothing about this preschool that didn’t give me full confidence my daughter was in good hands.
Very poor skills on children’s development. If your kid is not used to a day care or pre school don’t go here. They have 0 patience’s for kids trying to get used to a new environment. I would highly NOT recommend if your kid is having to be in a new environment for the first time. Only gave my son 2 half days before they kicked him out cause he didn’t want to take a nap. When I went to pick him up the 2nd day he was there, they already had all his stuff packed up ready to go outside of the classroom.. Nasty people. Wouldn’t trust those “teachers” to give your kid the love and support they need. Felt bad for my son as he noticed only his stuff was getting packed up to be kicked out the 2nd day he was there
