I had a wonderful experience here! It’s a nail tech school so expect students to perform the service. It was my first time here, booking a reservation was not easy, they have limited slots available but glad I found one right before Thanksgiving. And since the service is being performed by students, expect it to take longer than usual. But can you beat FREE service, not really? My technician was super sweet, took her time, and did a fantastic job. I didn’t see an instructor around to check her work so I assume she was close to graduating. I would definitely return!
We showed up to research the school. They were very nosy and made us fill out a 2-page questionnaire asking personal and private questions. Do you have Facebook? How will you get to school (bus, drive, ride)? What is your education level? I thought they were going to ask for blood type next! They don’t listen and talk over you. Very rude people here!
very unprofessional setting. the girl doing my nails was constantly answering her phone and the instructor DID NOT advise her that it was bad manners. she rushed through my polish and it looks like my 3 year old daughter did it. Worst of all, the instructor said my nails looked beautiful. Well, they did. BEFORE I WENT THERE!!!!!
