I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Brainstorm’s Accounting particularly representative, HanaLani Lee. I was overcharged today, hours before class started, for my tuition fees with additional late fees. When I tried to contact them through email and found no direct contact via phone number to resolve the issue, they claimed that they had already reached out to me on September 5th. However, I have not received any correspondence from Brainstorm, and I have checked my spam folder multiple times.

I am very disappointed with how Brainstorm has disregarded my receipt #brainstormschool-21539377feel. I feel like I have been mistreated, and I am concerned that this is not an isolated incident. I would not recommend Brainstorm to anyone, and I would urge them to improve their customer service standards.
