The district office has always been kind and helpful. The office staff, principal and behavior interventionist at KLE were very supportive and understanding. When the pandemic hit, we had a preschooler heading into Kindergarten. The Bremerton School district provided online learning (VLA) for those who were not yet ready to return to in-person school. Were so grateful to have had this option and to have had an amazing experience with an awesome teacher and learning team.
Unfortunately this School District has forgotten what the Constitution is all about. Let me remind you of the major points regarding the Constitution. It is about FAITH, FAMILY, and FREEDOM. Let those words sink in for just a minute. The FAITH of Coach Kennedy is what should be protected by the Constitution and not broken down by this shameful school district. You should be ashamed and punished for taking away Coach Kennedy’s right to his RELIGOUS FREEDOM!!
Bremerton school district has come a long way with improving the schools, curriculum and offering several different ways for students to learn, such as Spanish immersion, STEM and Montessori.
