Brentwood Montbazon Town Twinning held a Quiz in the Vincent Room. Staff were very helpful on the evening. Can recommend the room.
Good atmosphere. Separate cardio and conventional gyms. Air conditioned.
Gym is on the smaller side with weights that don’t go too heavy, swimming pool is a little small also, but overall good facilities that are well looked after.
The gym is set over two floors. The ground floor has the cardio equipment with a small selection of weights and the upper floor the weights equipment. It is well spec’d albeit in a small area.

There is a swimming pool too. I haven’t used this but intend to.

Been going to this gym for over 2 years now. The classes are terrific! I can’t recommend Circuit Training & Bootcamp enough! The perfect all body workouts 🙂
