My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons Fulham Day Nursery and Preschool since she was 9 months old(she is now 3.5). We are very pleased not only with the care she receives, but the rounded education they provide for preschoolers. The staff are lovely and clearly adore the children. Communication with parents is excellent and they promote an involved approach to ensuring families are part of the curriculum being taught.
The fact that they offer 12hour care has been invaluable(no other nurseries in the area do) for the odd occasion we have needed it. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to prospective families.
My daughter has been going there for almost a year now. She is soo happy, every time she attends, the staff are great with her.

She enjoys her time there and time with her friends.

Would recommend definitely.

Unfriendly staff, not following parents’ instructions. Hostile attitude when issues are raised. Painful experience
