Excellent nursery! My child has been there since the baby room, and now in the rising 2’s. The staff are always happy and welcoming. She is extremely happy there and runs in there every day. She seems to be learning new skills all the time, and plays in the garden most days which is great.
This is my daughter’s second nursery and I have come to realise she is having a more substantial early years experience. Firstly, the food she gets exposes her to a range of different foods and a range of fruits. Secondly, she comes home covered in paint showing she has had the option to be creative. Thirdly, her feedback describes multiple exciting toys she gets to play with: Scotter, bikes etc. Fourthly, the activities are themed based, my daughter is preparing for Halloween and is now talking to me about pumpkins. The staff are sensitive to my daughter’s needs and helped her settle in, she runs into nursery everyday excited to get started. So if you want an exciting engaging nursery experience Mount Carmel Nursery will deliver.
So grateful for the wonderful staff here, who seem to genuinely enjoy looking after the babies! My little girl loves it – she gets to socialise with other babies, is exposed to a range of activities (some of which are much too messy for me to be willing to do at home!) has learned to eat a varied range of foods, goes outside to play every day and has bonded wonderfully with her key worker and other staff and babies. The location is extremely convenient and the rooms are kept clean and decorated nicely. We love it.
My son was in this wonderful nursery and he was very happy. I would like to thank the nursery manager Rita, Walid and all the staff.
The day before my son was due to start the nursery, I received a call saying they could no longer take him. He had been registered for 9 months. This left me in a dire situation for my return to work as all other nurseries in the area are now full. I therefore do not recommend anyone register here in case this same thing happens to you.
Other families have been affected by the same issue.
It’s clearly an unreliable provider.
