Since my daughter started at Bright horizons she has come on leaps and bounds with her development. A true sign of happiness is that when I drop my daughter off for nursery she is genuinely exited to attend!
We never had any updates on friendships made and it was a very uncomfortable and alienating experience.
The customer service was minimal and the loss of Data Protection (which they never did confirm that they had found) was appalling.
Would not recommend. Try the better one down the road.
Avoid! They took unauthorised 2,000PS via direct debit from my account (instead of PS600). Communication with finance office is horrible- we had to chase them multiple times to sort the invoices out . Manager employed her daughter and some of the teachers are being obviously bullied by this duo. Ladies working with children are ok but there were couple safeguarding concerns- allergy related issues were not followed up accordingly; members of staff were arguing in front of children and sorting out their internal issues in front of the children; accident report was given more than 48h after accident.
Gate was broken for 2 months and no one bothered to fix it. Busy parents could not reach out to staff and drop off/ pick up their children quickly.
Even their chef left so the food was prepared by manager. I am wondering if she has Food Hygiene, Food Safety, Health & Hygiene Certificate.
* for facilities (rooms and garden) and lovely teachers and support staff
Management is rubbish – otherwise this could be the best childcare in Windsor.
