Brisbane Christian College is a great college with passionate teachers and staff and Mr Morrision and Mr Eggins are dedicate and respectable leaders of the College. We had wonderful Chinese Cultural Tours for the last few years with the college students. A concrete jungle. Very few green areas. Very few play areas. Most classes average 28 students which do not cater for individual learning needs/styles. The school leaders are rarely seen around the school, especially the middle/secondary campus. Teachers, have been known to discriminate and swear at students on occasions, especially at the upper school. High staff turnover tells the story.
Have had my two children in this school from Pre-Prep to Year 6.. I genuinely feel this school is amazing! The staff and students really uphold their Christian values, and the quality and approach to children’s learning and support have been well thought through. The staff at both campuses are amazing and supportive which is what we as parents want for our children.
We have been so sad since leaving the school (due to relocation), and our new school is just not the same. Although it’s also another Christian school, it doesn’t compare to BCC.

Would highly recommend BCC to anyone!

This is not a loving Christian school. Not as selfless, tolerant, caring and loving as Christ. A lot of staff are ruled, no resources , drama. It is unacceptable that any child does not live up to their expectations. It’s a disappointing school. I must say that this school does not treat their students like Christ at all.
We started with the pre-prep last year and now my son is in Prep. We have absolutely loved our school experience!! The environment is so enriching and my son is excited to go back everyday. He loves to learn and his teacher always goes above and beyond for every child. We love Brisbane Christian College and the supportive community it provides for a holistic education.
