is disgusting with black mold on the walls. So I’ve been trying to schedule makeups in other locations. I have 2 kids taking classes at different levels and scheduling a makeup at another location at the same time is extremely challenging. This location seems cleaner but I made a request to have a female instructor for my 4 year old who wouldn’t participate during another lesson because the instructor was male and unfortunately the company wouldn’t accommodate. I’m going back to La Petit Baleen or Anderson Swim School. Lesson learned.
Great team! And awesome people. We love the deck manager Rosemary, very attention to detail, always communicate with instructors in the water who needs what. Our boys love Dylan, he is so patience with kids, doesn’t pressure the kids and start the class with fun and welcome setting in the water. 30 minutes is actually bit short amount of time – just enough time to work on a few skills in a fun way. Children never wanted to get out of the water.
