Probably the worst school ever, their academics are a joke my son has been enrolled since first grade and now in high school he has not written his first essay, there is no homework, quizzes answers are given in advance as study guide for them to memorize answers. The Spanish class has given them only one take home assignment and it is the same assignment every year since 1st grade “Present about a Latin American Country” every single year. There is barely any research projects, no science biology labs, Ill categorize this school as a kindergarten for all ages. I am very sure my child will have serious issues when getting into college as they have not provided an education that will prepare for it.
My child goes to brito best thing my husband and I did. Don’t understand all the negativity I took her out of West Miami Middle because it was so bad there. I am so happy with this school they do teach you want a school who doesn’t teach take them to Lincoln-Marti and then tell me brito is bad I used to go to Lincoln-Marti years ago and that school is the same I had to tell my mom to get me out. So this school is good they do teach and care unlike other schools my daughter has changed so much ever sense she started at brito 2 yrs ago. She’s staying there till she graduates god willingly.
This more than excels academically but also on an administrative and personal level. My four children attend this school and I couldnt be any happier. My eldest has attended since Pre-K as well as my other children and it has been wonderful! So family oriented and always providing a safe environment for students. If there is anywhere you would feel safe sending your children to now-a-days, this is it. So proud to have my children attending this school.
