I went to Brooklyn Law School and got five years prison sentence for immigration fraud. I was a student from 85 to 88, passed New York and New Jersey Bar the first time. I don’t think the school prepares the students for the real world, at least when I was there. I sent an email to one of the professors who deal with white collar crime and I volunteered to lecture about my crime. She did not even respond to me so what kind of school is this? They never helped me get a job. I went to work for my brother. Who knows, maybe they are just a business more interested in making money. So future students, do your homework before you put your dollar into this institution.
So many quiet spots to study and get work done. Students really care about doing well. It was a nice atmosphere and good learning experience. The clinics and support to get internships was really helpfully to get my foot in the door.
