I wouldn’t recommend this school to anyone who has a child with an IEP or wants more for their child. This school thinks that beloved Ms.Nylund (spell check ) is an exceptional SPED teacher but shes been humiliating my child in school and of course because she is viewed as a “good” teacher nothing was done. The principal couldn’t seem to see something wrong with her comments to my child although they we’re inappropriate and conveyed my child to change her USUAL DAILY habits. Instead of investigating the incident and actually looking at it from a parents point of view they totally brushed off the situation and came to the teachers defense. I’ve heard how Ms. Nylund speak and she speaks in a condescending tone although she works with children with special needs.
Love this school. Great teachers, and great community.
