Sad, because every single time I come up here…it’s like she hasn’t gotten the hang of things over the course of the year…she will def not be winning the “most improved” award.
I needed to drop something off, which she assumed was food because of the packaging and proceeded to say “we don’t call students up for food” and I tried REALLY hard to be nice and only said “well it isn’t food so can you get her; I drove 4.5 hours for this” in the nicest way possible.
October 2017 Review: This is my sisters 1st year in this area and my goodness, you’d think this place were a prison because god forbid someone other than a direct parent come try to eat with their kid!! I’ve basically raised my sister 1/3 of her lifetime so to be told I can’t eat at school with her, after proving everything I needed to, such as State ID & anything they have asked for, is ridiculous. It’s lunch people!!! It’s not like I’m trying to whisk her away and never bring her back, which apparently I could totally do because they allow me to check her out of school…but seriously?? So I can check her out…for a short lunch time..quite literally wasting half her lunch to take her and get it? And have to rush right back?? Nonsense!!
That’s nonsense. I don’t see the problem in a sister, who does all of her school related stuff, eating lunch at the school. I mean, come on people. If I wanted to check her out of school at all, I’d do so in the morning and make a day out of it. Let’s be real.
