Bubbles is fantastic! The teachers are focused on making sure your kids learn first and foremost how to get safe if they fall into a pool so don’t expect you kids to be running a perfect freestyle after a week but do know they’re learning to stay calm and flip over and float. They had my children in baby wetsuits which I didn’t think they needed until I realized they were teaching them techniques that they could only learn as quickly and as well as they did because of their light floatation wetsuits. Once the kids seemed to have the technique down the suites are removed and you can see the difference in the kids who’s parents let the staff put the suites on their kids and the kids who’s parents thought they knew better and pushed the instructors not to use them.

The staff comes across as serious but as the kids learn and figure out the routine they are more playful. I appreciated the seriousness of the instruction because you can tell they are focused first of all in teaching the kids to be safe and to swim and they know that what they are trying to do is a life saving lesson.

I highly recommend this school. Couldn’t be happier with the kids results and the instructors. It’s not a class to just waste time and entertain your kid in a pool and it’s also not a class where they throw your kid in the deep end and scare them half to death… it’s a perfect perfect balance of learning and of having fun.

We had such a disappointing experience with this school. During class one day my son’s eyes started swelling and that night they became swollen shut. I thought it was something wrong with my son only so I kept him out of class for the rest of the week. When we went back the next week his eyes weren’t as bad but he still cried all night and his eyes were visibly red and watering. When I confronted the staff they just said ya it’s everyone, the pool was treated the week before and they aren’t sure what is wrong but they can’t drain the pool or do anything because the owner was gone. I told them I wasn’t comfortable bringing him until it was resolved and to have the owner call me. When she called the next week she was so incredibly rude, defensive and unaccommodating. She never even said sorry until I called her out on her behavior and all she said was sorry for not saying sorry with even more attitude. What a pathetic attempt to make it right and be empathetic to the pain she caused my son. I genuine sorry and would have gone a long way. She could benefit from a course in customer service. Will never go back
