The Busy Bumbles Team at Te Rohutu Whio are amazing. So interactive with the children. As soon as my daughter walks in the door she gets a big greeting from all the staff. The staff also are very interactive with the children (actually sit down and do activities with them), and are quick to take my daughters hand when she is feeling a bit apprehensive about me leaving. I love how Renee and Esther drop the children off to their classrooms in the morning and how the school teachers walk the children to the Busy Bumbles space when school finishes. Overall my daughter loves her time at Busy Bumbles, and gets cross with me if I ever turn up early to pick her up. Thanks team, keep up the great service.
I had both my sons attend BB throughout their primary school years. Great staff and lots of thought and attention given to what activities the kids will enjoy. I particularly appreciated BBs ability to mobilise and respond to unexpected or unscheduled school closures. The reliability of this service was such a relief to us as working parents.
Really great programme for children. The team were so lovely and I found everything to be very professionally run with lots of fantastic activities.
Kids find it extremely boring, they require a whole weeks notice for any changes in bookings, and overall are difficult to deal with. Not using their services anymore.
Don’t recommend this child care Provider.
Inexperienced child care led to an unsafe environment for my child and the complaint was poorly handled by both care giver at the time (yelling at child for being clingy) and management.
No response to email until I chased up with phone calls.
No care or compassion for the child whom ran away in tears
