Such fun memories from this school as a child. The administration was so wonderful when I came for a visit from Texas and brought ‘travel buddies’ to share with the students. On very short notice they brought together a few classes for me to present the program and answer questions. I was impressed how flexible and forward thinking the staff was. Excellent school.
I go to this school currently and I am excelling! Staff are kind if you behave and there’s always a friend! Lunch is awesome and there is lots of opportunity for musical talents!
My name is Michael Randall. Attended BCPS between 1937- 1942? Apart from diving into the air raid shelter during the war I enjoyed my school days there,

Always recall doing a final end of term exam in Form 11 ? (Miss Leversuch) and a bee alighted on my bare leg. Managed to keep my composure, raised my hand, and Miss L came with a duster and put the bee out the window.

Now living 6 months of the year in Spain, and 6 months in UK.

I still have a 1st class photo (Miss Mc Williams) Will try and find it and post it, and see how many other others can spot themselves.

Best Regards to all who are still around.

Mike Randall

This was my old school 1964 – 1971 the boys play ground was on the left at the end of the long drive and girls and juniors to the left my wost teachers were from class 7 -9
but at class 10 Mr Williams was my best teacher this school had its mini swimming pool to the rear of the dinning area in the boys playground and still had bomb shelters
Beside the play ground happy memories
Good school with good teaching staff. But very old infrastructure with old furniture and classrooms. Definitely requires to modernise with the times.
