I want to start by saying that I am proud to be a member of the church. I love the gospel, but at the same time I cannot stand to see what BYU-I has become. It is a corrupt and disgraceful organization hell bent on driving people away. The religious department is made up of some of the most despicable people I have ever had the misfortune of meeting and it is sad to see them in positions of trust. I witnessed first hand the bullying and belittling remarks of one professor drive a student into a deep depression and when I reported it, nothing was done. It’s disgusting. I know this review may not be seen by many, but do yourself a favor and never let your light be dimmed by the hate and evil of others.
I love it here. It is full of beautiful gardens and a great place if you are a photographer. The people are so kind and positive. Great environment to be around. The facilities are so neat and very clean. I love it.
Wouldnt allow me to wear PANTS to a family members graduation. I was also strictly cautioned agaisnt showing any signs that my wife and I were together. Her attending was dependent on it. It was demeaning.
