I attend Calvin Nelms Charter High School & i am currently a senior 2013. The last four years of my life have been some of the most memorable. And it wasn’t because of being a cheerleader, or making the soccer team or even going on field trips around the world. It was because i met & spent the most amazing time with people I will NEVER forget from Calvin Nelms. I would seriously recommend enrolling your child or children there because there are a LOT of benefits from getting out of class early to no homework to graduating earlier than “on-time”! The teachers are great & the classes are small..Most people judge us from what they have “heard” about us “kids”, & it’s time to prove them wrong. enroll your child (: i’m guaranteed they will love it! #CLUBNELMS #EAGLEPOWER #lol #SENIOR2013
Hi this is Morgan and Barbara we currently attend Calvin Nelms Charter School.We have been here for 7 years and we wouldn’t trade it for the world ! The teachers here are really caring and thoughtful ,they are actually concerned in your future and in anything that you wish to succeed in .The students here are like any other high school all loud and annoying lol.The lunch should be outside food everyday but it’s a-okay we can work around it !(:
Honestly coming here was the best choice that we have ever made.When you come here you’re guaranteed to graduate and leave with a life long experience of fun and learning and friendships.Thank you all see ya here !
This school is a joke. The teachers play favorites and don’t do anything but yell at you all day. They don’t teach you anything. I have noticed multiple racist and sexist experiences here. There are so many things wrong with this “school”. I don’t recommend bringing your kids here. All of those 5 star ratings are from people who went to this school a while ago and back then it was better, now it’s terrible. They care more about your attendance and attitude than they do teaching you. This school is not a better learning opportunity. Normal middle and high schools have electives and clubs which will help you in college. Don’t take your kids here.
