Ok……I’m not quite sure how to rate this?? I went in for a trim and hair dye. Both were good jobs, except for one major thing. The main reason I’m so unhappy is I asked for purple hair. I showed my hair stylist an inspo photo and even picked the hair color out with her on a sheet with lots of different colors. It DEFINITELY isn’t purple. It is very very blue. Which, don’t get me wrong I had blue hair two years ago, I like blue hair. I’m upset because I went blonde back in December to be prepared to be a vibrant purple this summer. (I work in a school and can’t have bright hair colors) Today I planned on coming home with purple hair and instead walked out with blue. I know everyone has to start somewhere, I’m just frustrated that somewhere in the process it would’ve been noticed by the hair stylist or one of the teachers who signed off on the hair color, that it was in fact, not purple dye that was being put on my hair. When I saw the color on my scalp I just figured it needed more time to process or that blue and red make purple, so maybe it was just showing up blue on my scalp. I’m giving 3 stars because the hair stylist was nice, the trim was good and my hair did get colored, but it wasn’t what I wanted at all.
I got my hair done again & went to Sabrina who I had also seen in February & requested again because she was so sweet & fun to talk to & did such a good job! I feel like she really takes her time to make sure it gets done right & looks good. I wanted a more complex haircut & the instructor came over & helped & guided through the whole thing & I was so grateful & it turned out great! I love it so much & appreciate having a place to come to where I can get my hair done & feel beautiful at affordable prices & bonus: it’s also helping them with their schooling! Anyways thank ya’ll for everything!!!
