My experience at Canyon was horrible. I had a teacher who cussed at students, threw things, and did many things, I should not mention. The Principle and the Vice Principle are about as helpful as rocks, every-time I had a problem, it never got fixed. I would come home crying, begging my mom not to come to this school, because my problems never got fixed. Now I moved to Nolan Richardson:) I’m really happy, I get listened to(unlike Canyon) and they help students, my love of music has been brought back to me, and I’m no longer begging not to go to school. SO thank you Canyon Hills you’ve all made me stronger.

Canyon Hills is a progressive public school located on Eclipse St in the Northeast section of El Paso. It is a large campus, with modern facilities and is currently home to 840+ students.
There are great teachers at Canyon Hills in all of the disciplines! This year, with an eye to the future, CHMS added the Cobra Tech Academy, currently open to 6th graders. CTA is a New Tech Network partner, providing an entry into New Tech as students progress into High school technology classes.
CHMS is the BEST. It was the best when I first posted this, and it is STILL THE BEST!
