This school is negative. They have staff who come in the hood acting like they know how to raise our African American kids. They nit pick, they worry about if your child shirt is tucked in more than education. They treat you like your in prison. You don’t meet with each individual teacher you meet with an advisor and they go over everything from the teachers with your child instead of talking to the teacher yourself. They signal your child out and closely watch everything they do if your child gets in trouble. It got to the point that they took my son shoes and gave him some ragly shoes after giving him the first pair of shoes the year before. I wouldn’t recommend this school make it a Plan B. This is the high school.
Man on paru I was wearing my durag till 2nd hour till dude Mr. Hill was like “why you wearing a hat “ sir this ain’t no hat brother. He told me to take it off so i did .i told him, man I’m just trying to get these waves . I was wolfin for like 2 months cuz?? I was gone change the game you know what I’m saying man ??
