The Children’s School is an amazing place and anyone is able to attend (apply early!)! We have had two kids go there and every teacher and staff member is kind, compassionate, loving, skilled and knowledgeable. The classrooms invite learning and exploration of so many activities. The structure teaches kids both teacher guided and child guided learning through things like circle time and free choice exploration. I can’t say enough good things about this preschool!
The Children’s School is in a class all by itself. It focuses on the traditional building blocks of toddler’s growth while tossing in a few fun undergrad/grad “inventions” for the kids to try out before going public! (Message From Me, Beat Bots/My Keepon) The staff/administration is also instrumental with providing insight on the next school step: Public, Private, Charter, etc. and which fit my kids best.
This is an amazing place! Both of my kids are the Children’s School alumna, and I was so sad when my youngest graduated last year. My kids’ temperaments and needs were as different as night and day, but they both were so well supported and nurtured by the Children’s School educators.
