I would like to write a more in depth review but I’m limited to the character count, so I’ll try and list the most important reasons why I gave this celebree a 1 star. They have terribly small classrooms, mind you I was only in the infant and toddler classroom but they had no room at all and the amount of babies they were admitting were more then were allowed sometimes. I have had to report them before for failing to comply with ratios. They will 100% lie, another kid was having behavioral issues that he learnt from being put into a classroom (because they didnt have the correct amount of staff for the class he was in) with older babies who taught him to shove and hit and when he came back he of course was doing it to his peers and they used the crib as a time out, they can lie like they did in their response to the other reviewer but I saw it with my own eyes. The infant A class with Mrs.Maggie was good she really cares but infant B, they are miserable and you can tell they don’t want to be there. They would call me and say he had a fever or something and i had to pick him up and magically when i got him, his symptoms were gone never to be seen again. I believe they did this as a way to get rid of a kid and have less work because i got confirmation other parents were having the same experience. They have a rule that they have to be gone an extra 24 hours since their last symptom so these calls would mean id have to get him for the day and keep him the next day. Dont get me wrong, he got sick too, a lot, an abnormal amount which leads me to my next point, they dont clean properly and that’s why he was getting sick so much. Ive paid for almost 3 months of care he hasnt been there for because of the amount of times hes been sick plus the extra day after that and the fake sick calls on top of that, and we have been there less then a year, 9 months so thats 1/3 of his care paid for that I had him, almost $6k. They are constantly on their phones with personal calls etc. They are glorified babysitters. They read 1 measly board book and call that their activity for the day. The sensory activites are few and far between. They don’t teach and they do screen time, something I don’t want my son to have. They give inappropriate foods for snacks that range from chocking hazards to foods that have dyes like red dye 40. I could tell my son was declining there and the best thing I did was pull him, because he’s thriving now, very little tantrums now and he’s actually exploding with language now because they are actually working in tandem with what I’m doing at home. Celebree was undoing all my hard work. I’m not the only parent who’s had these issues and that’s why we are leaving in droves. All the good parents are leaving. Poor management here. My last straw was when I had already put in my 30 Day notice, yes you heard me correctly, they need 30 days, should’ve been my 1st red flag, let it be yours, but I picked him up and when I had gotten my son in the car I noticed a nasty bruised lump on his forehead. I sent a message asking about it and the next day mrs.marika had said that the “teachers”(I put that in quotations because they aren’t, they are glorified babysitters)hadn’t seen anything and it didn’t happen there. I check my son from head to toe and know that he didn’t come with a goose egg. I told her this and she doubled down insinuating it must’ve happened in my care because there would’ve been a report if it happened there, I told her that obviously he wasn’t being watched if they don’t know what happened. She didn’t like that and said that was untrue..mmmhmm yea sure! That was the last day, I still had 2 weeks of my 30 days left and I never brought him back but still had to pay. I was so desperate to have him out because not only were they not teaching him good things, he was being taught bad, I feared for my child, you shouldn’t have to feel like that, where you’re willing to lose almost $1k because you don’t want your child to go that bad. Don’t bother replying to this review with your lies and gaslighting lies.
Celebree Carney is truly an exceptional school. The teachers are passionate. The office staff is open and welcoming. These incredible people put their all into the programs and curriculum offered. Choosing Celebree was difficult at first – not knowing what to expect for your first and only child. I only knew I wanted the very best learning environment. I was welcomed so warmly and my child has blossomed from a 3 month old infant to a spunky 3 year old. Every single classroom has been amazing and I never ever feel nervous when recommending this school and these incredible teachers. In addition the the fantastic instruction, they also offer great programs and bring in awesome activities such as Groove Kidz and Soccer Shots (both HIGHLY recommended), a traveling Teddy Bear Mobile, a Fall Festival with games and face painting, a pumpkin patch, pictures with Santa (if you want em)….so many incredible opportunities right at the school so you don’t have to take more of your time to make sure your children are living their best and most fruitful lives. Go here. You won’t regret it.
