People are usually quick to leave a bad review to let out their frustration and are more reserved when it comes to leaving a positive review.
During my two years at CTC, my advisor/evaluator was Ms. Sharon Hughes at Fort Hood CTC. I came from a German university, which left me pretty much clueless about how the whole college experience/process is stateside. Ms. Sharon took excellent care of me. I came to see her pretty often in the beginning and had what felt like a thousand silly and repetitive questions. Every time I left her office, I felt helped, understood, and had no questions left. Ms. Sharon always has a positive and pleasant attitude, is a great listener, and is very knowledgeable.
Thank you, Ms. Sharon.
Horribly rude!! 20 years in the service all I had was a question and heavy lady at the desk just kept cutting me off telling me to reach out to credentials but never let me explain that credential rep told me this location would be able to assist me in enrolling. Sorry if I was making you work a little but you are in the customer service field.. I can only imagine how you treat our Jr enlisted Serves Members..
Only thing i would love to have different is lab classes on post, we can’t pursue health care pr science degrees because the classes off post aren’t time friendly for people that work full time
