I rarely evaluate a place like this, but I hope parents planning to send their children here can consider my feedback. My son started attending classes and playing here after school a year ago. The teachers here are great, but their management is poor. Be careful with billing issues; if your linked card doesn’t go through, they automatically remove your child from the class. Even if you try to pay by check in person, it’s not allowed. If you’re a working couple, I strongly advise against sending your child here. It’s more about playtime and watching cartoons. Even two months after we left, we were still receiving bills from them. When I called, they claimed not to know that we hadn’t been attending. We had informed the school before leaving, but their teachers who picked up the kids daily didn’t seem to know. Today, when I called to question the bill, I was told that there was nothing they could do and to call the main company. When I explained the situation to the main company, they redirected me back to the after-school program, saying they handle the bills. I’m extremely frustrated.

Do NOT enroll or pay prior to knowing this is the best place for your child. I paid $100 and no where dose it state the amount I paid is non refundable. Especially, during these times. Considering my child NEVER attended the school. I spoke with the billing department Via email. Since calling, is a waste of time. You will be on hold forever. I sent the “billing department” in email my bank statement showing I paid $100. After they stated I never paid anything. They have yet to communicate to me anything regarding my refund. I have copies of what is posted on the site and available regarding cost. It states no where the $100 is not refundable. Highly recommend you choose another place for your child.

This should not be your first choice and if you are only choosing because your children attend Carroll then you might be surprised on how poorly this daycare is managed. There will be times in the morning that no one will be inside so you will have to wait till someone comes back to leave, if your in a hurry in the morning then this might be a problem. Most of the staff there are good, but a few leave something to be desired. There is staff there that feel it is their job to discipline your children as well so keep that in mind. The only reason why they received 2 stars is because it is next to the school. Do better Champions and hire staff that don’t act like you work for them.
